This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train.
My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation.
We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price.
We were really happy and I’d recommend this location.

The good:
Location, location, location: close to Victoria train station, major attractions, shopping, restaurants, and Chinatown.
Decent breakfast a definite plus.
Clean.
The not so good:
Tight Bathroom even for one person, forget two people in there.
Very weak shower water pressure made bathing a challenge.
Fairly hard mattress.
No room service. No ice machine
Narrow corridors with cleaning carts making walking single file.

One of the loveliest stays that I have had traveling abroad.! The location is everything – could not have chosen a more central location to experience London. The staff was amazing, very kind, very helpful and very cheerful. Rooms are clean, well, arranged, and amenities spot on.. definitely will stay again on the next trip over. Highly Recommend !
