“I was informed they have no idea of any online booking on Hotels.com. Was refused. The road was impassable. The front desk staff was terrible, eventually we begged for a room at N15,000 a night just to rest. No water no electricity. We requested assistance for our bags and was refused that they don’t help to carry bags. We stayed for 2 hours and left. The worst hotel experience of my life. Noone should book them because they will refuse your booking. They claim they don’t do or have affirmations… …
