“I had issues with the hotel meeting up with accommodating all reservation obligations. For instance, they declined to offer me free breakfast as indicated in my booking. “When i first came in the SILVER GATE HOTEL UND SUITES in Ilorin Kwara State,when i wanted to check in,i was embarrassed that they couln't find my name ,no reservation and no payment made or maybe i was scammed.they said if i want to stay i needed to make another payment of which i did because i was already tiered.
I came inside the Room they gave me then the renovation with laud noise started on the roof top,i complained then it was stoped then the Electricity off and on for some times……
