"It was far away from the city lawns not maintained average rooms limited food options "

"We booked 2 double rooms for a family of 4 for 3 nights. The kitchen staff was very helpful to accommodate our Jain food requirements. The property amenities on Expedia mentioned while booking it has air conditioner which was missing in the room, would have been very useful to cope with the heat in the afternoon. They installed AC for the 3rd night stay which was bit late, would have given them higher rating if they would have admitted and apologised upfront for the missing AC in the rooms."

"Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was so helpful. Appreciate Vikram ji who helped us and also advised us on acclimatization . Supermarket wa on the groundfloor making it so convenient if you wanted any thing. The Main market was walking distance"

"The resort is a perfect getaway for city dwellers. The resort nestles amidst the majestic middle Himalayas in the village of Saboo. The location is about 10km (15 minutes drive on a normal day) from the Kushok Bakula Rinpoche airport The cottages are well appointed, with lovely views from the verandah. There is a quaint little bridge with a water stream underneath too. The staff is very friendly and go out of the way to be helpful to guests. We needed our breakfast ready 30 minutes before time...

"A very simple property in Leh but really good value. And the staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. They even stored our luggage for us as we went for an 8-day trek. The location is also perfect for exploring the main downtown plaza. Simple facilities but the staff more than make up for this."
