"The stay at this property was excellent. Right from the reception to room service to the restaurant service and the ambiance around was outstanding. A special word for the Reception Manager Mr Kuljeet - he was very helpful and ready to assist in every question you had. He made my stay very comfortable. Mr Namgayal the owner is a very pleasant person and a great host. The boy in the restaurant Mr Raj was also wonderful and made sure every request was attended to. Overall, a great place and wonderful stay and experience. Thanks"

"We loved our stay at Le Mentok resort. Stayed there for 4 nights and it was a very pleasant experience. It is an ideal property if one is looking for a relaxing experience away from the hustle and bustle of the town and main markets. We had no problems getting around to see other places whenever we wanted to by simply booking a taxi. The resort is well maintained and the staff is very helpful. The quality of food at their restaurant was also very good. All the staff at the resort was very helpful and Mr. Raju managing the front office makes it even a more pleasant experience. We will be staying here again on our next trip. Thanks to the Le Mentok Team for making our stay so special."

"Norbu the hotel GM was excellent. He personally made sure that the stay was comfortable and any of our needs were addressed. In fact, while embarrassing to state in a review, we ran out of cash and he lent us Rs. 5000/= going out of the way. That was a very trusting gesture on his part. Norbu also helped us get the visitor permit from the local DM’s office which helped us move forward with our trip. Lastly, he helped arrange for a SUV for the trip from Leh to Pangong to Nubra Valley. My only feedback on the car rental was the air conditioning use. While I had explicitly requested a strong engine and a car with a working Air Conditioner (there’s a lot of trucks, dust etc. on the highway) the driver was concerned about diesel usage which led us to travel in sweltering heat when in lower parts of the journey. I wish that was not the case because it was something I had very very very explicitly asked for. Anyhow, overall it was a nice stay and trip. "
