Experience ultimate comfort and convenience in our stunning 4 bedroom duplex located on the second and third floors of our beautiful home. With its airy layout, and lush greenery this duplex is perfect for families and friends looking for a peaceful retreat.

On the main floor, you will sleep in a luxurious master bedroom complete with a king size bed, and an attached office/baby room. You can also relax in the stylish living room that boasts a 65”tv with a Nintendo 64 and a PS5, as well as a selection of board games and plenty of books in the library. You’ll also find a comfortable futon here for an additional guest.

Enjoy whipping up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen or catch up on some work in the elegant office space with two screens, a full keyboard and mouse for your laptop.

The second floor features three more bedrooms - the first bedroom features a comfortable king sized bed as well as a twin over full bunk beds, the second bedroom features a queen size bed as well as cozy twin bunk beds, and the third bedroom features two twin beds. With ample space and comfortable bedding, everyone is sure to have a good night's sleep.

However, we do respect your privacy and will stay out of the way unless asked.

Your space starts on the second floor of our home - it is a 16 step walk up to the main living area.

We have air mattresses and bassinets should you need them (please request in advance).

Each room is equipped with an Amazon Alexa. So should the sounds of city life keep you from sleeping just say, “Alexa, play brown noise.” and enjoy a soothing quiet environment.

Street Parking is free but can be difficult at night time. We have a dedicated free parking spot reserved for guests at a private lot around the corner.
Our home is your home while you stay with us. We want you to have a wonderful experience while you are visiting, we just ask that you take care of it as you would take care of your own home.

- No more that 14 guests allowed on the property (strictly enforced)
- A $50 replacement fee per lost key will be assessed
- If you do not return your parking pass at the time of checkout, you will be charged a fine of $25
- For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from touching or unplugging any electrical devices. A $300 fee will be applied for any violations.
