“Aircondition wasn’t functioning, loadshedding was also a problem and the hotel doesn’t provide alternative for the guests during these times. The guest is left on his own to remain in the dark rather than turning on a generator to keep their guest comfortable. Basically, friendly are most of the staffs, from the cleaning staff to the bar‘s. The reception staff need improvement on their customer service. However, a tall guy in the reception was very friendly and attended to my needs and as him do……

“飯店裡的員工都非常友善，因住宿隔天要非常早去參加tour，飯店員工貼心的留了字條告知出發時間以及打包好隔天的早餐，非常感謝!不過飯店美中不足的是地板清潔度不夠有許多灰塵，通風也不好有點異味，但總體以價格來說已經很不錯了，早餐好吃房間也大!”
