Magnolia is a small 500 square feet private cabin equipped with modern appliances & granite counter tops. Relax on our back deck! A guest favorite…our back deck is the place to enjoy the great outdoors while watching the river go by. You might even see someone catching a fish! Featuring a sitting area and fire pit, this relaxed setting is the perfect place to unwind. This section of the Watauga River is a fisherman's paradise! You can walk off the large covered back porch down to a wadable river to fish, kayak, or watch wildlife. Located on a country road, you would think you are a long way from civilization, but travel four miles down the road and you can pick up anything you need.
