We have had an amazing experience in Phos Hotel. Great service, people at the hotel were always smiley and willing to help you. Breakfast was great and there is option to also have a drink or eat at the bar of the main pool.
The swim up hotel room was TOP. Silent, clean, great pool… I would have never left. We 200% recommend this hotel!
Additionally there are many restaurants in the area at walkable distance so no need to take the care every day to go out for dinner, unless you want to go to Chania.

Amazing hotel, especially if you plan to rent a car! The bed is comfortable, the spa is amazing, and the food was great. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Staff were truly excellent. So friendly and ready to help us in any way they could to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. We primarily chose the hotel based on reviews we had read regarding the wonderful staff, and it was true!
Delicious a la carte daily breakfast that was included in our booking was also great, with the choice to have as much as you wanted.
Daily cleaning of the room was also very convenient.
Very minor drawback was that the lovely swimming pool “closed” at 6pm to allow the dining areas to be set up for the evening, but we understood that and was not a big problem.
