Gem in Cape Town will definitely stay again - extremely helpfull staff and amazing hospitality

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, the facility is somewhat dated. I experienced elevator problems several times during my nine days stay; once, the elevator got stuck on the fourth floor and could not move up or down, leaving passengers trapped. The location is good, but the personal security risk is high. Please take the hotel staff’s advice seriously. They warned me not to go out at night and not to let anyone see my phone. I did not realize this was such a serious issue, and as a result, I was robbed during the day and lost my phone.

Good,

Absolutely divine experience from the host to the property, amenities and views! The host greeted us warmly and took the best care of our needs, every special request and the most amazing attention to detail in our suite xoxo the views were stunning on the pool deck, ocean views, sunsets were incredible! Free breakfast every morning was an amazing spread of fruits, meat, hot plate ready to order and you also have a breathtaking view of the sunrise while drinking coffee soaking in the sun. 10/10 would stay here every visit to capetown, the host was incredibly attentive and really cared about his guests and our experience I couldn’t sing my praises loud enough he was the best ! Thank you for having us! You made a lasting impression 100/10 😊

This was my second stay at Bantry Aparthotel. It was actually an extension to my first booking which I did as a separate booking which I was pleased to see did not cause any problems and I was able to retain my same room. All the staff there were helpful and friendly. My room was one of the Penthouse suites so I have a nice little kitchen and a big full size bathroom. There are views with balcony from both the living room and the bedroom and there is a nice roof patio area to the rear. Ocean views are magnificent. The suite was quiet, comfortable, well equipped. Some areas show a little age / wear but nothing I'd find an issue. Its a good, solid, honest aparthotel in a fantastic location. Parking is fine for smaller cars but may be rather tight if you turn up in a Range Rover or something. You can safely walk around the area - the beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities are all near. Ideal stay to explore the area from.
