“This location was just perfect - the view alone would have sold us, but the house also was very clean, and was located right across from the bus stop. Xiufen was extremely responsive and set us up on advance with the Panorama pass which makes most bus trips free, and gives discounts on some attractions. Suggest to take train to Thun and bus to the location. Close to a walking suspension bridge and nice trail, also close to an extensive cave system worth visiting. ”

“My wife celebrated her 80th birthday while here. This trip was her lifelong dream. Our three sons made all the travel arrangements and other than the trip over and back we couldn’t have done more to make this dream a reality. The accommodations were great and the location stunning. The wx was great, we only had a few hit & miss showers over two days. Not much we could complain about. We would not try to discourage anyone from staying here. Thanks to the owners & VRBO.”

“This place was our favorite stay on our honeymoon. The views are unmatched, the hot tub was perfect for relaxing at night and the place had everything we needed. It looked just like the photos. You’ll definitely need a car (or have to figure out the bus system) to get here, but we loved being in a more remote location. Truly beautiful. Highly recommend!”

“Beautiful location. Very quiet and excellent views. We were not allowed to open windows (no screens to keep mosquitos and insects out) so it would get warm in side. Bathroom shower sprayed all over the wall. However, hand shower worked. But then the water flooded the bathroom floor requiring constant wiping and mopping probably due to a slow drain. We had luggage and little kids. Walking from the bus stop wasn’t too bad until we had to take our luggage up a steep hike of about 10 minutes. It……
