Hey, hi! Thanks a lot for taking the time and sharing your feedback. We appreciate it! Well, you know, in comparison to the majority of Krakow hostels, our hostel is just extremely huge and spacious. We offer 20+ beds in private rooms and 101+ beds in dorm rooms. It means that we can afford to host even a really big group. A few common areas - cafe zone, reception zone, and kitchen zone. Besides that, in April we are opening a gastrobar downstairs and the courtyard next to bar.)) So, when you are back to Krakow next time, please give yourself a chance to check out our new upgrades!) The heating did not work at full capacity due to technical malfunctions, which, unfortunately, could not be eliminated during the Christmas and New Year holidays, since the service technical support was on the holidays. However, at the request of customers, we immediately provided additional blankets and portable heaters. We also want to inform you that at the first opportunity, we called for service technical support, which has already brought the heating system into full readiness. We apologize for any temporary inconvenience. We would like to remind you that as soon as you have any questions or difficulties, please contact our hostel immediately. Dzień dobry! Dziękujemy, że Pan znalazł czas i zostawił swój odzew. Cieszymy się, że panu spodobała się nasza lokalizacja i stan hostelu. Przykro nam słyszeć, że Pan miał taką sytuację. Prawdopodobnie wystąpił błąd podczas rejestracji. Pracujemy nad ustaleniem przyczyn, które do tego doprowadziły.Przepraszamy za niedogodności.
