洒店並無早餐提供，不是每天清潔房間，而是每3天清潔一次，但會每天掉走垃圾，不会每天提供免費樽裝水，我們連續住了6天，只有一天放了2支樽裝水，我一共訂了2間房，另一房間，6天都無提供免費樽裝水。 但洒店前台服務員，很友善，而且有一位員工是來自香港，他很勤力，有礼貌，又樂意幫忙解決我們旅遊的交通路線。 十分專業，應特別,稱讚他。

Thank you for choosing Hotel M's Plus Shijo Omiya among the many other options.At the same time, we are very sorry that our hotel cleaning service was not meeting your expectation. The cleaning is only once in 3 days, however we enter your room everyday to change the towels and collect your garbage. If your drink the free bottled water inside the room, we will also put new ones. We also have water dispenser on the lounge that can be used for free everyday between 6 AM to 12 AM.We are very sorry that we did not make this information clear enough for you.We will continue to improve our services in the future and we really hope you would give us another chance to serve you again.Kind regards,

This is the first time for us to stay in Shijo-Omiya area, the transportation is good and convenient. The staff of this hotel is really nice and informative. They almost address all the problems we raised and give good suggestions on transportation and even travel plans. The only problem is the ventilation fan of bathroom doesn’t work at our stay. Overall, it is a very good choice to stay in Kyoto.

飯店設施很好，很乾淨，工作人員態度很好; 只是 早餐單調，ONLY 麵包牛奶飲料。與我以前入住的飯店，早餐很多樣化，有沙拉，水果，飯，肉類，牛奶及麵包。 因家人不太吃麵包，所以我們 早餐都自理了。

您好, 非常感謝您的評語. 得知您滿意我們提供的設備與服務, 我們深感榮幸. 關於WIFI的連線問題, 我們第一刻就要求敝公司的相關人員, 跟NTT的工作人圓雙方驗證, 到12/6日, NTT方面才確定, 從11/27開始, NTT在四條大宮的線路發生異常, 特別是在晚上八點到凌晨一點的時段之間, 會有難以連線, 斷斷續續, 甚至無法連線的現象. 目前我們收到的通知是NTT方面正在工事中, 修復的時間還無法確認, 造成您的困擾, 我們深感抱歉. 再次感謝您選擇本酒店入住, 希望未來還有機會為您服務.

Good location. Nice Hotel.
房間乾淨舒適，比一般日本商務型飯店稍大一點。早餐有簡單的麵包、咖啡、茶、小瓶裝牛奶、果汁。交通也十分方便，推薦！ Nice and clean hotel in a very good location. Facility is pretty new, and the room is relatively larger than standard Japanese business type hotel. Breakfast is very SIMPLE, only different types of bread, coffee, tea, and small packs of milk and juice. Personally recommend this hotel.

飯店就在地鐵四條大宮站旁很方便，櫃檯人員很親切，入住期間剛好櫃檯也有會中文的服務人員，不用擔心語言問題，早餐雖然只有簡單的可頌麵包和些許飲品，但可頌很好吃都是現烤的，有機會去會再入住

酒台鄰近地鐵站及巴士站，交通非常方便，附近不缺便利店及食店，很方便，房間很整潔，床的尺寸也很大，有大量洗衣乾衣機，有免費咖啡提供，房間也有樽裝水供應，是很舒適的酒店，唯獨酒店WIFI不太穩定，以及可選擇的電視台較少。

您好, 非常感謝您的評價. 我們的位置在京都市中心的住宅區, 所以生活機能是個相當方便的地方. WIFI的部分, 雖然我們一層樓有將近十個的WIFI Router, 在客人集中使用的時間帶, 確實會較為緩慢, 這點請您見諒. 至於電視台的部分, 京都的地上波跟BS的台數都是一樣的, 這個是關東跟關西的先天差異, 京都內各家酒店的(無料)電視頻道選擇應該都是一樣的. 再次感謝您選擇本酒店入住, 希望下次還有為您服務的機會!

房間很大，還有洗衣設備（不過好像沒有特別在清洗機器，碎屑頗多），住了兩晚覺得還不錯，不過建議如果住兩晚以上不用特別加買早餐，因為早餐只有麵包跟保久乳或果汁，雖然麵包還算蠻好吃的。

满意：清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
接待人員的服務態度真是太棒了，因為下一趟行程的飯店少訂一天，臨時再訂一天希望可以安排同一個房間，可是語言不通所以請櫃檯人員代為打電話溝通，櫃台小姐毫不猶豫立即幫我們跟旅館協調，親切而熱心讓人感覺超溫暖，而且位置交通方便，還附設早餐，算是cp直很高的飯店。
