Very good location if yiu want to enjoy the facility.

The garden was lovely but there was climbing a few floors to get to the rooms. I made it bot found it a bit difficult.

Les Cygnes was a lovely, small hotel. A very quiet venue which was perfectly cleaned, very nicely decorated and large room/ large bathroom and small balcony with enough room for two chairs and small table overlooking the interesting buildings and a distant view across the town. Although no drinks were provided in the room, a small area in the garden basement was available with self service snacks and hot drinks to purchase. The continental breakfast, served in the garden, had an extra charge but was more than adequate with croissant/pastries, coffee and fruit. The host was a very pleasant and helpful lady, who sent several useful texts during our stay. The hotel was a fairly short but hilly walk away from the main road into town and the seafront. A very pleasant and quiet hotel for a visit to Nice and nearby towns, including Monaco, with great, inexpensive public transport, including the tram linking central Nice with the airport.

Excellent staff, beautiful room and clean facilities. Pool could have been heated though!

Beautiful hotel and extremely nice staff. All great. Bathroom remodeled and nice but not functional since when you take a shower all the water comes into the bathroom area as it is ope shower . The half window/door does not block water from splashing out and wetting the floor. Otherwise everything else was great!
