“The breakfast was excelent as were all the staff, most spoke some english which was very helpful. Room a little small although very comfortable with excelent shower and great view over the bay. Just an observation - the stair and hall carpet look very tired.”

“My five star rating reflects the two star standard. Negatives: no elevator but that's expected. Room small but that's expected. Positives: outstanding location central to the Old Port. Easy walking. Appropriate price. Parking is available at a nearby underground parking garage. Plan accordingly. I would stay there again. ”

The room was quiet as it was not facing the street but the location of the hotel was perfect since it was on the street with all restaurants and cafés, and just across the streets there are the ferries to the Île de Ré. The staff was superfriendly and helpful and gave me some local tourist information as well. I spent one night only, but can't be happier with the choice of this hotel.”
