I loved the view of the ocean with the islands. There were nice tables and lounge chairs with an umbrella so we can relax there. Joakim & Janit were friendly and helpful. It was good to get to know them. They were eager to make the stay a good one for us. They went out of their way to help us.

Beautiful resort with swimming pool facing the sea. Quiet, peaceful but still close to General Luna. Rooms are all suites. Spacious, cool AC and clean. Manager Cecil looked after us very well, arranging tours and transport in a personal way.

Good experience had a great time

The only issue was that there was a tiny minor water float on toilet. There was a corner part with very low level of water that never got dry. The Lobby staff, Neo (if I remember correctly), was super kind and helped me all the time with smile face, even in Siargo's hot and humid weather. I had to check out early in the morning and had no chance to express my grateful stay to him.

It is a beach front property. The villa is not beachfront only the studio is. The road leading into the property is rough and not paved and was dusty, luckily we had a rental vehicle. Upon entering the villa, everything was in order except when I opened the kitchen cabinets there were cockroaches that scurried away underneath, eww! Very unsanitary. The caretaker offered to clean up the room but she said it may be a while as she said the cleaning crew lived further away. When I asked about shampoo and soap she said it was not included. When I reminder her that the listing said these are included she then said she would get them for me in a little while. make sure you manage your expectations that things like toiletries can be forgotten, may take a while, and sanitation might be overlooked as the room does include a kitchen.
