It's clean and a break away from the strip but SOOOO close to walk. There's a tunnel walkway to MGM Grand. Very easy. We were put into an ADA room, which had some small issues in the bathroom. Also, the space between the bottom of the bathroom door and the tile floor is about 1.5 inches.... ZERO #2 privacy. Because it's ADA and everything is setup for that, the closet rod was 4 feet from the floor. My long dresses couldn't be hung. Not the room I'd pick but the room we got, perhaps from getting a too cheap package through Expedia. The fold out couch was used and it was very comfy. There is no substantial food on property. They have kitchenettes. Very close walk to target for water. Water in room is $9 per bottle. Has fridge that works. Overall, it's ok.

Will make this my go-to each time I visit Vegas! Had security staff at entrance to property and the condos are connected to the MGM Grand where you can access the monorail (and floating river!) Close walking distance to the Strip. The gym is great but can get very crowded. Room is very quiet with a beautiful view. Only drawback is that valet parking is not available after 10pm.

Rooms were ok. My issue was lack of food around the area. I had to walk to the MGM to look for a couple of sprites at night, since the vending machines didn't work and there was no on site store.

Quiet part of MGM complex about 5-10 minute indoor walk to gaming floor/Grand lobby. Spacious room with small kitchenette (fridge free to use). Pool at each of 3 towers (in summer) plus access to main pool complex.

MGM charges more than the property taxes quoted on Expedia site when you check in and they hold on to the extra charge for up to 3 weeks after you checked out. Not a fair practice.

Excellent hotel! We had an amazing stay. The only downside was our room downgrade. We had originally booked a room with a balcony and we got downgraded to a room without a balcony.

This a a great hotel if you’re looking for extra space near the strip. Check-in process was easy; staff were friendly. We appreciated the access to MGM Grand and their pools. One thing to note is we booked this hotel partially because of the kitchen area, and there are no dishes, silverware, cookware within the space, so we really didn’t use it. Overall, this was a great, spacious hotel and we would stay here again.

It was very nice… however, next time I will choose a hotel that is closer to the strip. I chose this hotel because their resort fees were cheaper. However, it was a bit far from all the action. I preferred the dining options that were at the Venetian.

It is in older property. The room was quiet. If you stay here get some hand soap. They told me they don’t provide hand wash/soap anymore. We asked and they told me they don’t provide it anymore.

My stay at Signature at the MGM Grand was nothing short of a nightmare. The hotel's exterior may boast luxury, but once inside, it quickly becomes apparent that it's seen better days. The decor feels outdated, and there's a pervasive sense of neglect throughout the premises.Upon arrival, we checked in at valet parking and received a pass. However, when we returned to the hotel after a mere six hours, we were shocked to find that there was no available parking due to alleged capacity issues. The valet attendants were unapologetic and unsympathetic, leaving us stranded with nowhere to park our vehicle. To make matters worse, we were then directed to another hotel, forcing us to endure the inconvenience of shuttling back and forth between properties. This unexpected turn of events put a damper on our entire stay and soured our experience with the hotel.Furthermore, the staff members we encountered during our brief time at the hotel were far from friendly or accommodating. Their lack of professionalism and indifference to our concerns only added to our frustration. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.Overall, my experience at Signature at the MGM Grand was one of profound disappointment. From the outdated facilities to the lackluster service, every aspect of our stay fell short of expectations. I will certainly never consider returning to this establishment and would caution others against making the same.

My room had a loud noise coming from the sync. Engineering came by to try to fix it. The sound did lower but the noise stayed. Staff are friendly but unable to do much and I couldn’t be moved to another room.
