No smoke detectors, no sprinkler system, booked a king bed got a full bed, cabinets look like they got them from clearance at Menards and never painted them, stains on the comforter, cigarette burns in the sheets, no screen on the window, water was pouring in the lobby from the ceiling, some guy that worked there decided at 1030pm at night to go and check every room for something and was slamming doors. When I asked for a new room they showed me an option that didn’t even have a real hotel lock on it just your standard door knob that anyone could get into. Our lock on our door was about to fall off also. Doors were paper thin. I have a newborn so this was absolutely disgusting. Oh and pictures are a joke they have no “dining area”. They stage a room and take pictures of that. This place is not worth saving money for at all. Honestly going to figure out how to report them for the unsafe conditions and I never received any compensation or nothing just a lot of attitude from the staff! joke of a place. Pretty sure people are living in it also.

Very peaceful, clean, and comfortable

Room was not ready at check in time. Very clean, great location, modern (no carpet). The suite was comfortable, room and bathroom clean. Breakfast options were good.

Liked the 2 separate bedrooms. Didn’t read the fine print at the bottom of the instructions sent in the email about where you had to check in. After walking around the property, we ran into someone coming out of one of the buildings who told us where we needed to go. Being tired from traveling all day, I wasn’t in the best of moods to have this run around. Need to have this information at the top of the email.
