"This is a spacious one bedroom apartment right in beautiful downtown Spearfish! My family and I booked it because I’m a vendor at Arts in the Park. It’s close the city park, but also near restaurants and coffee shops, which made our stay easy. The space is clean and well stocked, and the king size bed was comfy. "

"It's a couple blocks from downtown easily walkable we took morning strolls with the kids on the sidewalk. East parking, loaded with things to cook with. I would suggest a drying rack for those who don't want to run the dishwasher at half. The floorboards are messed up in the bathroom and he kitchen and should be fixed. We have 3 kids and they were comfortable with enough to do and parks to go to but I would suggest some outlet covers to protect those of us that have crawling babies :) overall would stay again"

"What a unique stay! Close to town for dinner. Nice setting for the cold plunge pool, and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed watching the deer while sitting by the fire. "
"Great location!! Spearfish creek one block away. Beautiful park and Spearfish fish hatchery 3 blocks. Walk down and feed the fish and the kids can play in the huge park. Or you can walk 3 blocks to downtown for great shopping and food. Perfect base for touring the Black Hills!!! Very clean and updated. Beds are amazing. Central air! Quiet location. Sit on the deck in the morning and enjoy your coffee. And it even has a garage!!!! You won’t be disappointed with this place!!! Management is very outstanding on this vacation home!!! "

"Stayed to visit family in the area. The family room was awesome for our four kids aged 4-13. They had a great time in the spacious backyard and with the provided entertainment on the main floor. The bedrooms were comfortable. The added amenities were a welcomed treat. Walking distance to restaurants and parks. 100% would stay again!"

"Lovely space, relaxing and very little traffic in the neighborhood. We enjoyed being so close to the park trail system and downtown Spearfish. Great kitchen which we used to prepare some lovely meals. Also great for my husband who is an avid bird watcher. Our little dog loved the fenced in yard."
