“Location was great”

“This is my second stay at this magnificent apartment. The location on Quai des Orfèvres is simply unbeatable, the views over Pont Neuf and the Seine are breathtaking at every hour of the day and night. The apartment itself is clean, beautifully appointed and exactly as described. The host is wonderfully responsive and accommodating, making the whole experience seamless. If you want to feel like a true Parisian in the heart of the city, this is the place :)”

“Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous.”

“The check in process is a nightmare and we were unable to reach a service staff member to help us get checked in. We did not get to stay in the apartment and the worst experience ever. No help, left out on the side of the street for hours. Eventually had to make other arrangements. The support team did not exist and Expedia is investigating.”

“Location was great. Close to bakeries (directly across the street), restaurants, groceries, wine shops, cheese store., etc. But also close to Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle, Louvre. The weather was ideal so we did walk everywhere but if you had to catch the metro it was close by. Felt very safe and relatively quiet within the apartment complex.”

“Appartement petit mais très confortable. Très facile de communiquer avec les hôtes, ils ont le soucis de notre bien être. Nous avions reçu avant notre arrivée plusieurs informations concernant les commodités au alentours de notre résidence ( restaurant, épicerie, boulangerie…) qui nous ont été très utiles. L’air climatisé fonctionnait très bien! Je recommande”
