“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Whare. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and the decor was beautiful. It was also extremely well equipped with everything we might need for our stay. Annie our host left us with a very generous and delicious hamper for breakfast, we would highly recommend it.”

In the fields we saw sheep, cattle and even deer near the forest. We came inside and had a beautiful combustion log fire. The cabin was warm and snug in no time. Big comfy bed. Cooked a yummy roast (bought from Christchurch before we headed to the cottage). Owners supplied breakfast with fresh eggs and bread for toast. Yum. Absolutely……

“The apartment was a great overnight stay in a resort with 2 bedrooms for the 3 of us. It was an upstairs apartment so we had some nice views to watch the sunset from the balcony. A handy place to stay for skiing at Mt Hutt. The living area was suitable for us with 2 couches and a dining area. The kitchen was well equipped with tea, coffee, sugar as well as some handy basics like salt, pepper and oil and a few other handy items. We all wished we could've had another nights stay. Communication……
