“I rarely leave negative reviews, but people deserve to know what to expect before booking at Loreto Bay Golf Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. We were first given keys to a room that was literally flooded with water. After returning to the front desk, we were handed keys to another room and told to "go check if you like it." The key didn't even work, so we had to go back again for another one. Instead of staff verifying the room was ready, we were expected to do it……
