"The apartment is on the edge of the restricted driving zone, in the historic part of Tivoli. As Canadians, it was very cool to stay right in an ancient city, where the past and the present co-exist. The bedroom and a bathroom are upstairs and there is a small kitchen, living room/dining room plus a second bathroom on the lower level. It was very spacious for just 2 people. "Our stay was great. Staff were friendly. Kids loved the pool. Only issue we had was the shuttle service. This could be accessible a lot better. Picking us up they were excellent as there were issues with the train. However is you need a free shuttle to the train station, make sure you do this 24-48 hours in advance! We could not get one the same day and ended up paying nearly 150 euros in taxis to Rome as we missed our train because we couldn't get a shuttle on the same day. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."

We needed to repack 2 medium size suitcases, but there was no space on the floor to open both of them. The only option to put suitcases on the bed.
