Mangham Vacations from $671

Reserved 3 nights in July. The inn was picked for close location to St Francis Hospital since my father was passing away & it was last minute (non-refundable). I asked the mgr/owner to switch rooms for a nonsmoking one since on Exepdia it was a smoking one. I have a lung illness. The office accommodated me & said it was more money for that. I gave him my card to charge & he said that he doesn't do credit cards. Between my family, we collected cash to pay for it. We asked if we could checkout early because of my father's grave condition & if they could refund the unused (2) nights (Thurs night used/weekend available to be rebooked). Expedia allows it if the hotel approves it. The mgr/owner AGREED to let me checkout in the morning & he would refund the 2 days to Expedia. Even in the morning, we gave him the keys & he said OK about my refund. He asked for a good rating in Expedia! For protection, my family advised to "document" because of the night before. I submitted a request for the refund & it was denied numerous times w/Expedia because they couldn't get Cypress/OYO to respond. I called the inn & asked about the refund. They wouldn't give me names for Expedia. They hung on me. I tried calling back. They picked up & hung up on me again. Basically, without them calling & telling Expedia about the refund, I'm out money. This has been 2 mths with multiple cases for this refund. Expedia felt bad & gave me a small credit. This Inn is awful and lied! No stars!!

Room and bathroom were very clean and the hotel smelled lovely! Enjoyed breakfast and the complimentary cookies and popcorn in the lobby. The lady that helped us was very sweet and friendly. I think her name was Meagan.

Our room was very clean & comfortable the location & area was quiet. My husband & I rested well& the air conditioning worked great.

The first room when I entered the bathroom there appeared to be feces in the bathtub. There was no odor and I obviously was not going to touch whatever it was. I did photograph it. I went to the front desk and reported this and they gave me another room.
