“Alles gut gelaufen ”

“Location was convenient to Pula and Nora. There are some great dining options there as well as the archaeological site in Nora and the beaches. Also, a 30 to 40 minute drive to some South Coast beaches in the airport in Cagliari. There is also a nice large pool a short walk from most of the apartments. Super quiet at night as it is about a half mile down a dirt road! As we were using towels for the pool and showers, they wanted to charge 10 euros a person for fresh towels. So you have to……

“Villa Floridiana was amazing everything you need and more. The location was perfect short walks to wonderful beaches. Close to hotel where you can get ice cream and pizza.Hosts were fantastic and accommodating can’t wait to go back.”

Il Signor Saiu si è mostrato gentilmente disponibile per ogni nostra possibile necessitå, ma non è stato necessario perche tutto era perfetto e vicino al rustico sono presenti vari servizi di prima necessità. Senz'altro da consigliare per una vacanza rilassante immersi nella natura. A.C.”

“We had an incredible 4 weeks in this property with friends and family, including babies and children. The location and view are just amazing. The owner was incredibly helpful and arrange periodic cleaning and fresh linens. I can highly recommend it and would love to return. The views from the roof terrace are stunning and the beach is incredibly child friendly and stunning blue. ”

“Super netter Kontakt. Selbst bei unserer späten Anreise an einem Sonntagabend, kam die Tochter, um uns in der Anlage alles zu zeigen und den Check Inn vorzunehmen. Appartement war sehr schön, extrem sauber und gepflegt. Sollten wir wieder nach Pula kommen, dann kommen wir wieder gerne zu Carlo.”

La struttura è in una posizione strategica, a 3 minuti di camminata da un mare stupendo e una quindicina in auto dalle spiaggia rinomate della zona e da Pula.Casa pulitissima, dotata di ogni comfort e accessorio per la cucina.Spazio esterno perfetto con la possibilità di fare anche la doccia (calda e fredda) o sciacquare i giochi da mare.Antonello sempre presente, rispettoso della privacy e pronto a risolvere i piccoli inconvenienti che ci possono essere. “Es war sehr angenehm, Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Haus war sauber, der Service war einfach super. Würde ich immer wieder buchen. Eine Sache war ein Minuspunkt und zwar die Einfahrt, wir konnten nicht in die Anlage reinfahren, da unsere Autos zu tief waren und wir somit unten aufgekommen wären, könnte man verbessern, dass man die Autos nicht draußen stehen lassen muss. Aber ansonsten war alles top.”

“Wonderful campsite with many wonderful amenities! Had a great week. Only down side is they close the pool in the afternoon for quite time, but then again, the beach is just cross the road. Thank you to the lovely staff that made I week memorable.”
