9/10 Wonderful! (1,463 reviews)
The hotel is nice. The courtyard area is a great place to relax and socialize. The thermostat in our room was not working. The refrigerator was also not cold enough to store anything that required proper refrigeration. The front desk said that they were not actually fridges but coolers. They offered to take our items and put it in a proper refrigerator. Not convenient for things like medication. They should not advertise that they have refrigerators because they actually don’t!

7/10 Good! (1,004 reviews)
The room was small but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and clean, really enjoyable for us and the highlight of the stay. I did not like having all the snacks in the room that you’d be charged for if eating. Because the room was so small, I would prefer to have the option to purchase these items at the front desk but not in my room. Overall, we would stay here again.

"We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very kind and helpful. Yes, it's older and could use a facelift, but everything was clean and comfortable, and the location right downtown is great."
