“Stains on the bathroom floor where it hadn’t been cleaned properly, patchy wifi, the tv didn’t connect to channels.
When we arrived we had just missed the restaurant and we couldn’t order room service to get any food. After a 10hr drive we had to go back out and look for food we checked online before getting there and nowhere did it show times for restaurant/food maybe you should. In the room an empty water glass bottle which looked like it should have had water in it for us.

Concernant l’́hôtel.... personnel agréable à l'arrivée, fontaine à eau et machine à café disponible h24. Cependant, l'arrivée dans la chambre m’a quelque peu refroidi... bien qu’elle soit spacieuse, il y a un manque d’entretien évident! Vitres sale, meubles écaillés, draps troués, serviettes de bain tachées. Le radiateur de la salle bain ne fonctionne pas, le pommeau de……
