We are conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants and shopping areas. Only a short walk to Le Jeune and miracle mile and under 10 min drive to the shops of Merrick park.
The annex is only 10 min drive from MIAMI international airport and it also has access direct access by public transport ( aprox 45 min via Bus 42 . Stops only 2 min walk from the annex). This line can also connect you with the Douglas road Metrorail and the Coral gables Trolley ( free service) .

The annex is equipped with WIFI and smart TV ( no cable)

The ground floor has a day bed ( Hemnes day single bed converts to double ) , a fully equipped kitchen with fridge- freezer and microwave, washing machine and dryer and a full bathroom with bath and shower .

The top floor has a 3 seat sofa bed ( IKEA Friheten - converts to double bed ) and office space.

The annex has impact windows , AC and ceiling fan on the top floor.

You’ll have sole access to the house private garden / deck . House has parking available for 2 cars.

The annex is attached to the main house and can be accessed through the garden gate. There is no access to the main house.
