Was fine, carpets need to be cleaned in rooms. No elevator and had no option of main floor had a lot of luggage to bring upstairs we had a baby, so pack and play along with cooler and our bags kids bag. Front desk would even help bring luggage upstairs I had to do it alone while my baby sat in the car as I had no where to put her.

The directions for the parking needs to be clear in the website and how the receptionists explains it also - we got confused by the athletic parking side of the hotel. Staff are super helpful; and made sure my room is super clean daily. Restaurant does not open until 11 am; and it is close on Monday. Other than that, it is in an amazing location. I would stay there again and recommend it to others as well.

Limited on site parking with additional parking 2 blocks away from the hotel. Limited options for the free breakfast and coffee not included. No storage for clothing with only 4 hangers in the closet and no dresser with drawers to unpack your clothes. We had the premium king room, clean with comfortable bed. Location of the hotel was very walkable to the riverfront park and downtown.
