"The room had a balcony with a panoramic view of the Loch! We sat out there every day/night sipping wine and enjoying the beauty of the Loch and the surrounding hills. A 3 minute drive to the quaint village of Luss and the local shops and restaurant made this hotel the perfect place to stay. The rooms were spacious with easy access to the beach and the restaurant served excellent food! We definitely would stay here again!"

"Great location, hotel and suite room. Great room clean each day. Hotel lovely and clean blending old with modern nicely. Cooked breakfast as you'd expect. Would have liked more variety and proper fresh pastries or pancakes/waffles. The offering felt a little cheap for a classy hotel! I tried scrambled eggs but alas, not good! P.s, I don't have cooked breakfast so alternatives would have been good. Also, a proper coffee machine as I missed my latte each morning! Would stay again but go out to eat."

The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room and bathroom were both very clean, which I really appreciated after long days. The hotel itself is a bit dated, and could benefit from some modernisation, but everything was functional and comfortable. Despite the older feel, I’d happily stay again thanks to the location, cleanliness, and solid service."
