Clean sheets, good functioning air conditioner, secure room, very clean minimalist restroom. Someone highly conscientious is running the place, as seen by the caulking, clean corners, and close attention to the small details of maintenance. All other comparably priced places have things such as dirt in corners, stained curtains, moldy……

“This was an older very basic motel, however we found the room to be very clean and the beds were comfortable, we checked in late and got up early on a drive home for Thanksgiving —-and for the price it suited our needs just fine. Small safe little town, not tons of dining options but if you need an overnight stay, book here. No frills but clean safe place to rest. Would stay again. ”

“In all reality, for someone that’s in town just for work, it’s a great place to stay. They clean your room, replace used towels and do your bed. Restrooms a little small, sometimes slightly noisy outside environment due to the place being next to an intersection. But if you’re just looking for a comfortable bed with hot showers, great a/c, cable tv, and parking right in front of your room, all at the best price you can find in Stephenville, this is your place. ”
