Amazing!!
This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful!! We loved the area! People are soo nice and welcoming here! Met some great people! I really enjoyed how beautiful it is. The only con we had was the king size bed was not comfortable at all. But we managed!:) this place is just so nice. Very easy to get to! The owners are amazing! We really don’t have any negative comments. We will be back for sure!!

Perfect long weekend!
Nice view of the ocean with a large balcony, kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Enjoyed great music, 2 rounds of golf at nearby courses (we liked Links at Sandestin best), and good restaurants nearby. Would stay again!

The Views
This was the perfect condo to celebrate our 30th anniversary! The views are of the beautiful gulf to the south, Destin and the sunset in the middle, and the bay to the north all from one balcony. I had the time of my life on that balcony!

What a great place!
From the moment you drive up you know you are on vacation. The property is very well maintained with staff present cleaning, painting, and tending to the grounds (unobtrusively). The unit is lovely, spacious, and perfect for our needs! From the 12th floor we had a beautiful view of the surrounding area and the OCEAN! The walk down to the beach was nothing and chair service was easy and a great addition.

Wonderful condo!
We had a wonderful week in this beautiful, clean condo. Great view, comfortable, has everything you need. The onsite restaurant was a big bonus. We love this area and can't wait to come back.

Very nice condo
We stayed at the condo for five nights. The condo was very nice and met all needs for our stay. The starter supplies were much more accommodating than we have received through VRBO before. The complex could have had better maintenance around pool and pool restrooms.

The perfect family vacation does exist..,,
My family and I had a wonderful vacation. The communication was reliable, efficient, and prompt and that began from the time of booking until our check out. The condo is well equipped with anything you would need. The fitness center was well kept with adequate machinery. The on-site restaurant and bar is definitely a plus to this complex. The walk to the beach was easy and the option of two access points was a plus. Staying during the 4th of July did not disappoint. The restaurant had two different bonfires, a July 4th DJ, beach competitions, and you could see fireworks for miles. My family and I are already talking about staying again next year! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo! It was perfect.

Amazing place with perfect view
This is our second year straight staying at Surfside. Everything about our stay was perfect. Check in was easy and communicating with the owners was great. It was just my wife and I so there was plenty of space. The condo was very clean. And the views are amazing. We ate breakfast every morning out on the balcony enjoying the ocean view. This year one morning we got to see the dolphins while eating breakfast. Can’t beat that. Everything you need is within a mile or two to drive to. The Surfside restaurant is on the first floor and has great food. The best part is the beach is right there. Walk across the street and your ready to enjoy. If your looking for a place right on the beach don’t pass this one up, you will love it.

Great cozy condo. Has absolutely everything you would need. Great location and view of the beach. Easy access to beach and pool. I will definitely be booking again for my next beach trip to Destin area. Communication was also great.

Amazing views!
Great stay with girlfriends! Condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed. Loved the neighborhood, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Steps from the beach. Enjoyed watching the sunset from the huge balcony!

Anniversary getaway
This was our second time staying in this condo. Our first time was 10 years ago for our five year anniversary. We were able to stay here again for our 15 year anniversary. And we plan on making this a tradition every five years. Julie and Pat are wonderful, their communication was great! And you can’t go wrong with white sands and emerald waters. Love the spacious accommodations and full kitchen and beautiful balcony. See you again in five years!

This condo is very nice, clean and specious! Great location! Easy walking to the beach and also right next to the path to run/walk along the beach. Beautiful view from the twelfth floor - I loved sitting on the balcony with my cup of coffee and a book. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts are superb! Great communication and very helpful when needed. Special thanks to Julie! Our family is looking forward to stay at your place again (hopefully soon 😄). Thanks again!

Family Vacation
We really enjoyed our trip and loved the condo we stayed in beautiful and the convenience access to the beach was awesome. The only thing we did like was only 2 elevators so we had to wait a long time each time we went up and down but overall the trip was great

The Condo was very nice, clean, and very easy to get anywhere we wanted to go
The Condo was beautiful and was very clean, We have stay in other Condos that we have to clean when we get their and that is not fun. When you go on vacation you don't want to clean. Also it was very nice place and convent to anywhere you wanted to go and we would stay their again.

Best experience ever! Will be back, to a home away from home.
Has everything you need. Was anxious at first ( as always) but this did not disappoint. Was like a mini home away from my home. Easy and good communication. I loved it here with such beautiful views. First trip to Miramar Beach
The condo was nothing short of everything we expected. As most everyone knows, pictures don’t always depict the actual property. That is not the case with Surfside 1204. The property is presented just as it is online. Our first trip to Miramar Beach was perfect and the view from the balcony was amazing. This condo is our new home away from home and we will definitely rent again!!

Beautiful beach!
We enjoyed 5 days of a gorgeous beach and the condo was very well equipped and cared for. We had a minor issue and the owners responded and had it fixed immediately. Very close to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Julie and Pat!

Destin get-away
We had a nice visit staying at condo 1204. Julie and Pat were very communicative whenever I had a question about the condo. The location is perfect- close to anything we needed. The view is amazing! The condo itself had all the necessities, the only thing I would suggest is supplying beach towels, because packing our own takes up luggage space. But other than that it was perfect. Just wish the weather had been as cooperative! We would definitely book here again.

Great place to spend the week!
Check in was simple. The condo was clean and beautiful! Julie and pat were great. Even sent me a welcome letter with places to eat and things to do. Very helpful. There was plenty of dishes to cook. The on-site restaurant is great and serves Great food and drinks. The balcony is perfect And has a gorgeous beach view. Our condo was perfect. But, there was a couple cons. These cons do not reflect the condo whatsoever. 1. There is only 3 elevators. If you are arriving on Saturday it’s hard to find a cart to put your luggage on. You’re going to have to wait to get on the elevator, especially coming from the beach in the afternoons. 2. The pool area isn’t very clean. (Bathrooms are not cleaned frequently and floors are pretty nasty) sand all in the bottom of the pool. 3. It’s hard to get down the steps to the walk way when you have a cooler. There are quite a bit of steps.( we ended up walking across the street.) We would definitely come back. We enjoyed our trip!

Perfect getaway
Condo is centrally located to anything you want or need on vacation. The unit is nicely decorated, comfy and well stocked. The owners were great to work with and condo staff were welcoming and available if needed. Condo is set-up to provide space to couples and the view is what was promised. This place is on our top 5 in Florida and we'll definitely plan to return.

A wonderful little gem
1204 Surfside was an absolute joy to stay in. Nice, clean, and with an amazingly beautiful view of the sun setting on the ocean. Great location and proximity to shopping, restaurants, and grocery store. I will definitely stay in this property again. My only negative would be the condition of the building (which is not the fault of this owner). The building needs some remodeling and a good scrub.

Annual Fall Break gettaway
We have been staying at the Surfside for the last 7 years. This unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The owners were prompt on communication and we did not have any issues accessing the property. Loved having the door key pad so we didn't have to worry about keys, very much enjoyed our stay and we will be back!
