“Jasper quickly responded to our messages and gave us helpful info on the area. Lower Montague is a beautiful area. The cottage sits on a small knoll overlooking the river that flows into Georgetown Harbor. The cottage was very clean, modern and had all the amenities we needed for 4 nights. The bed was very comfortable. It is bright and sunny and open. There are heat pumps that provide air conditioning or heat. It is a very quiet spot.

“The location was perfect to explore Old Montreal on foot! It’s a little tricky finding temporary parking to unload the vehicle, but we didn’t have to go too far beyond the property for this. The door was a little sticky, so patience and strength was required to access the room a few times. David was very responsive to any inquiries we had! We would definitely stay again!”

“The cottage was clean and spacious with all the comforts. Great location! The groundskeeper stopped by a few times to check on us. The only issue was he was trying to grow grass next to our parking space and would leave the hose on for hours which caused the entire side yard to flood and get muddy. The bath tub backed up with mud which I believe was related to the flooding.”
