“it was a disastrous experience, we arrived the doors were closed there was no one! when we called we were told because we choose payment at the property, they cancelled our booking without informing us! terrible experience , in scorching sun we had to walk back to the parking outside the city walls and sit in a nearby cafe to search for a new hotel. our day was ruined terrible experience”

“The riad is pretty average. Staff is also average. What ruined my experience is that they have a caged bird in the main area of the riad who has no stimulation (no toys or anything) and only has 1 perch. The bird is stuck there sitting on a single perch all day with nothing to do, no sunshine, no enrichment, just stuck. Really ruined the vibe for me, I felt really bad for that bird. If you try to go in the pool, the bird tries to get your attention so someone can play with it. Just very sad.……

Chambre à revoir… Salle de bains non nettoyée avec des serviettes de bains sales derrière la porte. Réceptionniste gentille malgré que la réservation n était pas prête. Et personne pour notre départ. ”
