De check-in verliep vlot, maar daarna begonnen de problemen. De airco werkte totaal niet en het was 32°C in de kamer. Zelfs na tussenkomst van een technieker was het niet opgelost. Na veel heen en weer kregen we uiteindelijk een andere kamer. Eerst werden we zelfs naar een kamer gestuurd die al bezet was, omdat dit blijkbaar niet correct in hun systeem stond.
De volgende dag vond ik tijdens het douchen twee kakkerlakken in de badkamer. Ook de organisatie laat te wensen over: er wordt nog veel met briefjes gewerkt en er lijkt weinig structuur te zijn.
Het ontbijt was inbegrepen en zou tot 11u beschikbaar zijn. Toen ik om 10u aankwam, was veel al leeg en werd het niet meer aangevuld.
Het personeel zelf probeert wel te helpen en doet zijn best. Mijn kritiek ligt vooral bij de organisatie en het management.
Voor mij absoluut geen 4-sterrenervaring en zeker de hoge prijs niet waard.
