“Very good, modern hotel, great location not far from the Paradise beach.
This hotel is new, and although happy with the stay, the hotel needs to improve on the following:
1. No toilet paper was available.
2. No wifi. The hotel wifi did not work and the back up mobile data dongle did not work.
3. Only some of the room electric plugs worked.
4. Uber is sporadic here, drivers reluctant to accept trip 30 minutes from town. The hotel was unable to provide details of other local transport. Next……
“It was a great experience. I found one of the best hotels in Pondicherry. The hotel has a large, clean swimming pool, which was very well maintained. Although the property is old, but the interiors and overall cleanliness are impressive and exceptionally well kept.

“This hotel has bicycles available for guests, and most of the staff is very attentive. Unfortunately, the gentleman working in the coffee shop was unable to make me a cappuccino with lactose-free milk, and when he finally did, it tasted terrible. He still charged me for it, and then asked if I could pay his bill so he could go upstairs. Aside from him, the rest of the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming.
