"I don't like complaining but there were 3 roaches in my room, my ac remote had no back plate and the batteries kept fallingbout and would lock the remote, had to go to front desk for help and another time they had to send maintenance. The shower is very unsanitary, the toilet does not seperate from the shower and the shower did not drain properly water would back up. Uhhh"
