The staff made our stay. Everyone we encountered from front desk to restaurant servers were fabulous.
The hotel overall was pleasant. If I needed to stay in this area again i would. Neighbkrhood has seen better days.

The hotel was a good bolt hole for visiting family.
It's a popular place with local people at times and staff are helpful and friendly.
I was very happy with the room. Very well presented with fresh white bedding and a nice new bathroom.
Wasnt sure what to expect on arrival, but our room was brilliant.
Didnt want to leave such comfortable bed's.

Spent one night. Location was the main reason. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast room could use a refresh and cleaning (cob webs in chandeliers, stuff under credenzas).

Room was good. As advertised, as it should be so as Expected. Bar was vibrant but enjoyable to relax in with a good choice of food on offer. Everything one could ask for from a bar. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast is great quality with a good spread to choose from.
