Room and bathroom spotless, great view towards the sea, but ugly industrial site too.

Staff were nice. Room had broken chairs, Sofa had calapsed Seat arm rests were snapped Room needed a hoover and a good clean like the rest of the areas we seen. But actually slept really well

Extremely friendly service. There is not an elevator so they will carry your luggage to your room and back down. There are no strangers at Balmoral Arms, you're treated as a very good friend. Main sitting room with a piano that even though it's out of tune --- they've tried to have it repaired several times --- people still gather and enjoy the sitting room. Would have liked to have seen a fire in the fireplace, but understand it's summertime. Breakfast & dinners were very good, and so far, the best sticky toffee pudding I've tasted when compared to other locations in Scotland.

Everything great. Dinner was a slight let down. Brilliant setting and staff were great, but our main meals weren’t quite what we’d hoped for.
