Beautiful, clean, comfortable and modern room and hotel. Staff went above and beyond the call to be welcoming and helpful (special shout out to Georgia). One of the best hotel breakfast buffets I have seen anywhere. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Auckland.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again. Great selection of restaurants. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Lovely room. Nice and quiet. I might request a room nearer the lifts next time, if that is possible. My bad hip didn't enjoy the long walk 😁

Stunning views! Lovely apartment, nice kitchen area, very comfy bed. NO wardrobe or drawers. Just a slightly bent kitchen-style towel hanger with 3 hangers.What a shame. Also guests need to be fit and healthy. Loads of awkward woden steps. Don't recall being warned about this. We managed, just!
