The stay would have been perfect should have we been informed of ongoing renovations in the hotel. We were also moved twice of rooms because the AC did not work... staff was so nice so i want to give them credits for that, but otherwise it was disappointing...

This boutique hotel was so lovely. Gorgeous furnishings and decor.
Bed was extremely comfortable and the AC worked perfectly.
The staff are incredibly well trained. They cannot do enough for you. Kelly was very helpful and extremely informative about the area. She was fantastic!
Breakfast was top notch and served the best coffee.
The location is perfect. Straight across the road from the markets and walking g distance to amazing bars and restaurants.
Will definitely stay here again when in Ho Chi Minh. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall it was great. The staff are great, and made the experience a good memory. But at the price and with 5-stars, I was surprised to see multiple issues that could be addressed with a little more attention to detail and some basic maintenance.
Just a random example is a hairdryer in our room that was obviously majorly cracked and looked unsafe to use. It worked and likely got dismissed by staff as “well it works, right?” For other 5-star hotels at this price, I expect it would get replaced immediately.
