We appreciated the early check in and request for ground floor due to medical conditions. However, had we not been able to be accommodated the stairs in Arizona June heat would have been a huge challenge as there are no elevators in the buildings. ”

“This hotel is getting a little tired. We couldn’t use our balcony or the outside lounge because of bird crap on the chairs. It is in the landing pattern for Scottsdale Air Park so there is constant air traffic overhead. I don’t know why there were so many people flying in to Scottsdale at 5:00 am! The staff was super nice and accommodating. It is very clean and smells amazing, I was just a little disappointed that it wasn’t a little nicer for the area it is in. ”
