“Charming yurt not far from a grocery store but totally secluded. Beautiful private hiking trails right outside the yurt door. Convenient propane heater, solar powered overhead light, bottled water, propane cooktop and a very comfortable futon. The outhouse was close by and very well kept. As a solo traveler, I felt comfortable due to the heavy duty door and deadbolt lock. I had a question and the owners quickly responded. I loved this place! “We stayed at this treehouse for our three-year anniversary. We stayed for 2 days, and it was amazing. The owner, Samantha, oh my goodness. Such a wonderful person and so helpful. She communicated so well with us for everything we needed help with. I was struggling with the fire, and she came over, and she got the fire going for us. That made my night. She was a lifesaver for us for sure. I would recommend this place for anybody, especially those nature lovers out there. I will definitely be……

“The house sits behind a small Liquor store so it's hard to see from the street as it's set back but the view of the lake is beautiful. Appliances could use an update and there are some repairs needed like the tub/shower and a loose board on the porch. The bedrooms were simple and beautiful with views of the water.”

“The best thing about this place is it is pet friendly.Maybe this place is new to renters but the lack of kitchen supplies forced us to buy them while there. I mean things you would expect; drinking glasses, mixing bowl, measuring cups. Nothing. Also the water in this rental is not fit for your pets. If you rent it be sure to bring a lot of bottled water. Another issue is the heat. They use a natural gas burning unit and it is not vented out of the house. We had to purchase a carbon monoxide……

“In the summer, this place is probably great as the other reviews have indicated. However, I would strongly recommend not staying here in the winter. The temperature fluctuated too much to be comfortable, the lighting is glaring blue fluorescent overheads with no bedroom lamps in either room. The bed was made with a top sheet and a summer quilt with no extra blankets in the building. When we asked for more blankets, the owner brought one old throw blanket for our family of five.
