“We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed……

“This home is incredible! We had 7 total adult guests, and between the multiple beds and two couches that had ottomans to convert them into beds, we had more than enough room. The finishes in the house were very high quality, with the main restroom having a massive shower.The only hurdle we ran into was with communication prior to our stay. Immediately after booking, I received an email from Guesty requiring me to register each guest staying at the property. This isn't a huge deal, except that it……
