“This is a sweet convo with lovely views from all windows. There is a porch off the kitchen where you can sit and hear birds. Fragrant lilac as you come up the stairs to the door. Wanda was very easy to work with, friendly and available. We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee bar, and in all, had a wonderful stay.”

“The stay was nice. The unit appears to have just been rehabbed with all new everything. Items that should be addressed are identifying the unit. That small number is not working. Can't be seen from the road or parking. Not handicapped friendly. Never found the pool, spa or other activities. Information should be provided in the unit. Overall I would recommend this unit. 4 🌟”

“Beautiful, quiet location next to river with spectacular views of covered bridge & VT landscapes! Clean, cozy, bright, rustic home in wonderful rural Woodstock area. Home is conveniently close to most highways & the center of town. The spacious rooms have mix of period & contemporary furniture, adding to the charm. “The property was exactly as listed, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. In addition, it was very spacious and could easily accommodate our extended family of 10. Also, whenever there was an issue or a problem – which was never the owner’s fault – the property manager was extremely responsive, and went above and beyond to take care of it. We had only one main criticism, which is that we wish more of the windows had screens. We could not open the others without bugs……

“Although the stream was devastated by the Vermont floods, it was still enjoyable to relax and watch pass by. Several opportunities to explore the area for fishing and hiking. Host was very accommodating and attentive. The wood burning stove made some of best vacation breakfasts ever. Great vacation!”
