Offering a fully equipped kitchen, with Kuerig coffee maker, 2 TV's, DVD Player & Free-Wifi, you will have all of the comforts of home. Enjoy your private ocean view balcony and walking distance to all the great restaurants the midtown area has to offer. This home is non-smoking, no pets, Occupancy 6. Parking for 1 car, public street parking available for additional vehicles. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
