Great location, beautiful condo!
We enjoyed our Mother's Day weekend here with family ranging in age from 2-65. Everyone was comfortable - plenty of room WITH a pull out sofa which is always a huge bonus. Enough closet space in the master to fit a pack and play for the baby as well. Plenty of parking and carts to unload stuff. Starter set of all the basics - dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels, so don't forget extra. We only had a couple of very minor complaints, but worth noting if you stay in rentals often and like to know these things. If you have kids, bring your own paper or plastic bowls/plates as everything there was glass. No cards or games in the condo, so we brought our own (which we usually do anyway). Also, the potholders are those little silicone ones that only go on your fingers, so if you're not fond of almost burning yourself every time you open the oven, bring you own. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, beds were comfy, front desk staff was very nice and helpful and it's a great location - you can walk to a few different restaurants. The pool is graduated, which is great for littles and the Beach Staff (Ike's) was SO helpful!! Make sure you pay attention to the parking price - I didn't notice that and was surprised I had to pay for parking (most places include at least one free parking pass per unit) but totally didn't mind paying since it is in the description (I just totally missed it). Overall great and would stay here again!!

This unit was perfect for our girls getaway! We all agree it is the nicest unit we have ever booked, and we have come to Orange Beach for years! Unit is even nicer in person and has everything you need for your stay! 5 star plus!

Yearly get away!
The property was great. The slider going out to the balcony did stick when opening. We did have some young people playing around with a drone. That didn't last long. We enjoy coming down yearly! We do try to stay away during spring break.

Great unit!
Unit was beautiful and perfect for our family. Everything had been remodeled and updated. Views from every room, updated appliances, bathrooms were new. We had some difficulty with the dish and the signal but we weren’t there to watch tv. Overall would recommend!

Girls trip
We love the Phoenix X. This condo was great. Decorated cute with all the amenities. My only issue, I rent properties from Phoenix X 2-4 times a year, usually thru another rental property company. It was not clear that I would need to pay for my parking passes until i arrived. These are usually they are included with my rental.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! I stayed with my coworkers and we had such an great time! The condo was exactly as described and clean! Super easy to get your things to and from your car and down to the beach! Property management was really easy to get ahold of and even let us check in a couple hours early! Great clean updated condo.

The property was nice. Our room was great. We had great views from the decks. First night we had a fridge issue but they came right over and took care of it. I liked that it was an end unit. The pool is heated and nice, and the beach access was great.

Very fun!
It was a great time, but they didn’t give us enough dishwasher and laundry detergent. They also didn’t provide enough towels for the group. Other then that it was fantastic and the view was amazing!

Working Snowbird Season in Orange Beach
Exceptional rental property. We were able to mix business and pleasure and work comfortably in this large well appointed unit for over three weeks. This particular unit may be the best one in the building. The end corner allows sunrise and sunset views, minimal traffic in the hallway and in windy conditions there is always a sheltered porch on one of the three side of the unit. Added benefits include large TV’s, comfortable beds, extra bedding, updated furniture and USB charging ports in each bedroom. Added bonus is walking access to Flora-Bama for all of your entertainment and eating needs.

Water view everywhere!
What a beautiful, clean, well appointed condo. We came down for a week and our college age son and fiance came down for fall break while her parents joined us for a day at the beach, dinner, etc. The location was perfect for our needs as well. We parked the car and never left. Restaurants in walking distance. And water views from every bedroom. I could live here.

My children and I loved our stay. The access to the beach was absolutely incredible and easy. We loved the indoor pool and spent more time in there than we thought we would. I had a painting above the master bed that came down, so I texted the number I was given and they were very responsive. The toilet paper holder in the guest bathroom was broken and the living room sliding door that looks directly at the ocean wouldn’t lock, so I had my kids sleep with me just for safety. But we felt safe and loved our stay. We will be visiting again.

Great location, amazing balcony views!
Loved this property and would definitely stay here again. Access to the beach, convenient walking distance to the marina, restaurant and FloraBama bar was great! Bring extra toilet paper and trash bags for large groups as minimal are provided. Also there were no k cups provided for the first day, but that's my personal preference and not the end of the world.

We enjoyed our second stay here in unit 1201! We enjoy its corner views and roomy bedrooms. We wish the room had a larger coffee pot, a few of the plumbing fixtures were loose, and the main balcony door is difficult to operate, but all in all a great stay!

Beautiful, newly decorated unit!
I rented this unit with my sisters and nieces to celebrate my daughter's upcoming wedding. The unit was beautifully decorated, super clean and looked just liked the pictures online. Great getaway weekend.
Anyone "on the fence" about this place, or VRBO service, just go ahead and do it. This is our second booking at this property through VRBO. We wanted a place with a good view, and this is awesome. Everything was clean and in good working order. One small glitch with the entry code when we arrived Friday, but it was fixed IMMEDIATELY with a text message. Yes, having no issues is a good thing, but prompt, courtesy customer service is even better. We will DEFINITELY be back again. Thanks for the hospitality and accommodations.

Condo was in great shape. Beach was amazing. Views from balcony were beautiful. Would stay there again.
