"The house was absolutely perfect for our family of five but had plenty of beds and space for at least eight. It was an easy walk to the church, harbor, town center (restaurants, grocery stores and shopping), and a 10-15 walk to the train platform that takes you to Stockholm or elsewhere. The house was very clean and well furnished. I hope we can stay here again in the future."

This resort was very quiet, the staff was very nice, and my room was clean and cozy. The included breakfast was absolutely amazing. It was the best breakfast I’ve ever had and I would honestly go back just to have it again. The sauna is open late and was very nice and clean. There were also some nearby trails with nice views of the water.

Wow! What a beautifully maintained resort with lots of kid-friendly activities. Loved that we were the only non-Swedes visiting! The candy store was super cute. And the entire grounds immaculate. Our kids LOVED the ropes course.

Could not recommend Skeviks Gard enough. We had a superb visit. The scenery and property are gorgeous - the right combination of peaceful and conveniently close to the city. Laid-back breakfast downstairs was a nice chance to chat with fellow guests. Only (minor) complaint is with the bathroom amenities; it had shampoo but not soap and very little shelf space.
