"It was a total mis match for us. The first sign of trouble was the 4 flights of steps that were narrow and hard to haul luggage up. The lock on the door to the unit was a padlock which didn’t have a marking as to where to line up the numbers. We reached out to the host but got no answer. Seems like a proper lock should be at the door to a VRBO rental. Once in the unit we experienced several issues. It was very hot, the hosts left no water- which we have always found in a VRBO and the hosts left...

THERE WAS NO ELAVATOR and going up the stairs with all of the suitcases for three floor specially for my husband that had low back surgery . There was one small small restroom that was not just the problem, there was no lock that works to close the door when you wanted to use the restroom /toilet.
