“Greeting upon arrival was uncurtious to say the least, abrupt no understatement here. There was never anyone at reception again to ask anything during my four days stay which is probably as well.
But my room was ok, bar half the lights not working, no Aircon and no WiFi felt storage... Otherwise my room was decent and clean”

“This was our second time to stay this hotel, we enjoyed to stay this hotel when we visit Ostend. Staff are friendly, very good breakfast, a lot of restaurants, cafe and shops around here. We will come back in July.”
